Client memory over-read via unchecked whitespace index

Heap buffer over-read in GNOME libsoup before 3.6.5 allows remote attackers controlling an HTTP server to read beyond a client response buffer. The skip_insignificant_space function dereferences resource[*pos] before verifying that pos is below resource_length, so exhausted whitespace input reads one byte past the heap buffer. Exploitation requires a client to fetch a crafted response whose content is sniffed; the directly established consequence is a one-byte out-of-bounds read.
