SYSTEM privilege escalation via insecure installation permissions

Incorrect directory permissions in WatchGuard Terminal Services Agent 12.0 through 12.10 allow local users to gain SYSTEM privileges. When installed in a non-default directory, the installer applies incorrect permissions to the agent's installation directory. An authenticated Windows session and a non-default installation path are required; successful exploitation elevates the local account to SYSTEM.
