Service interruption via path-traversed PID list
Published Mar 19, 2025 · Updated Mar 20, 2025
Path traversal in restart.py in AI Hispano Applio 3.2.8-bugfix and earlier allows remote attackers to terminate server processes. stop_train joins untrusted model_name text into a config.json path, loads attacker-supplied process_pids, and sends SIGKILL to each PID. Exploitation requires placing a crafted config.json through a separate arbitrary-file-write flaw, but no authentication or user interaction is required.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
