Unauthenticated SSRF and file write via arbitrary URL

SSRF and file write in AI Hispano Applio 3.2.7 and earlier allow remote attackers to reach internal hosts and write server files. The download endpoints pass a user-supplied URL to model_download_pipeline, whose fallback enters the ZIP directory and calls wget.download without restricting the destination host or downloaded filename. Unauthenticated access to the Gradio or Flask endpoint is sufficient; the direct result is blind network probing and a file written with the server process's permissions, while code execution requires chaining another flaw.
