Unauthenticated SSRF and file write via model URL
Published Mar 19, 2025 · Updated Mar 20, 2025
SSRF and file write in model_download.py in AI Hispano Applio 3.2.7 and earlier allow remote attackers to target internal hosts via a model URL. The download interface passes the URL to download_from_url, whose blob and resolve branch performs an unrestricted HTTP GET and writes the response under its supplied filename. Network access to the unauthenticated Gradio download endpoint is sufficient to probe reachable hosts and place files in the server's ZIP directory.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
