Improper IPC authorization in Vasion Print before Virtual Appliance Host 1.0.735 Application 20.0.1330 allows local users to run admin commands. PrinterInstallerClientService processes command files placed in the world-writable /opt/PrinterInstallerClient/tmp/requests directory without enforcing the command-line privilege check. Any local account can alter client behavior, including enabling debug mode, through the privileged service.
