Service hang via unbounded connection tests

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Vasion Print allows remote attackers to hang web services through crafted network scans. Multiple PHP connection-test endpoints accept attacker-controlled IP addresses and ports, then open LDAP, IMAP, SMTP, or Telnet connections without target or duration constraints. No authentication or user interaction is required; Telnet probes remain active until the peer closes them and can consume all available web-server workers.
