Root code execution via default account password

Authentication bypass in 70mai Dash Cam A510 firmware 1.0.40ww.2024.04.19 allows attackers to execute code as root from an adjacent network. The factory user-account configuration stores a reusable default password that unlocks root-context functionality without prior authentication. An attacker must reach the camera from an adjacent network; successful exploitation grants full control of the embedded device.
