File truncation via unquoted Tcl list elements

OS command injection in Gitk allows attackers to create or truncate any file writable by the user through an untrusted repository. Three code paths build Tcl open command strings from newline-joined hashes or file paths without wrapping the aggregate as a single list element, allowing crafted elements to become redirection syntax. Exploitation requires a user to clone the repository and run Gitk; two paths require per-file encoding, while Show origin of this line is exposed even with that default-disabled option off.
