Low-privilege data-type modification via missing endpoint policies

Improper authorization in Umbraco CMS before 14.3.3 and 15.0.0-rc1 through 15.2.2 allows remote authenticated users to alter data types. The DataType create and update management controllers lacked the TreeAccessDataTypes authorization policy, so authenticated requests reached restricted operations. Any backoffice account with API access, even without Settings-section permission, can change data-type definitions and alter CMS configuration integrity.
