Password precomputation via predictable bcrypt salts

Weak salt generation in Wallace Reis DBIx::Class::EncodedColumn before 0.00032 allows local users to predict bcrypt password salts. The Crypt::Eksblowfish::Bcrypt encoder constructs each 16-byte salt from Perl rand(), whose 32-bit seed permits recovery and prediction of its output sequence. A local user who can observe generated salts can precompute work against later hashes; direct password or account disclosure is not established.
