Service interruption via unreleased runtime memory

Resource-management flaw in OpenHarmony 4.1.0 through 5.0.2 allows local users to interrupt service by exhausting runtime memory. The arkcompiler_ets_runtime component fails to release memory, but OpenHarmony has not disclosed the affected function, triggering input, or relationship to its published CWE-125 classification. Low-privileged local access is required; the record limits the consequence to denial of service and reports no confidentiality or integrity impact.
