Arbitrary file read via malformed JDBC properties

Deserialization of untrusted data in Apache InLong 1.13.0 through 2.1.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via JDBC URLs. MySQLSensitiveUrlUtils.filterSensitive relied on substring replacement and did not parse parenthesized JDBC properties before enforcing safe values. An unauthenticated network request containing a crafted MySQL JDBC URL can retain dangerous file-loading options and expose files readable by the Manager process.
