Application crash via malformed CSM rate value

Out-of-bounds read in Assimp 5.4.3 allows context-dependent attackers to crash applications by supplying a malformed CSM file. CSMImporter::InternReadFile passes the buffer after a rate token to fast_atoreal_move without a valid bounded numeric string, causing a read beyond the input. Exploitation requires an application to import the file; the demonstrated read fault occurs during cleanup and terminates the process.
