Privilege escalation via wildcard credentialed CORS

CORS misconfiguration in TrueFoundry Cognita allows remote attackers to send cross-site requests to its backend API from arbitrary websites. The backend/server/app.py middleware accepts every origin, method, and header while allowing credentials, enabling a hostile page to issue API calls in a user's browser context. Exploitation requires a Cognita user to visit an attacker-controlled site and grants unauthorized backend access that can produce privilege escalation.
