Administrative access via ambiguous SAML assertions

Improper authorization in Fleet allows remote attackers to gain administrative access through crafted SAML responses in SSO deployments. The server/sso validator searched for signed assertions by namespace but failed to require exactly one direct Assertion child in the correct namespace. SSO must be enabled; JIT provisioning permits creation of a new administrative account, while MDM enrollment permits accounts bound to forged assertions.
