Coupon code disclosure via unauthenticated campaign URLs
Published Apr 8, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2025
Missing authorization in SAP Commerce Cloud HY_COM 2205 and COM_CLOUD 2211 allows remote attackers to obtain customer coupon codes. The legacy CustomerCouponsPageController.claim method placed coupon codes in campaign URL parameters without an authenticated claim flow. Exploitation requires user interaction and specific undisclosed prerequisites; an unauthenticated attacker who obtains a URL can use its coupon code.
