Authenticated file deletion via traversed upload filename

Path traversal in RuoYi-Vue Pro 2.4.1 allows remote authenticated users to delete server-accessible files through the material upload API. The upload-permanent endpoint accepts ../ segments in a multipart filename, derives a temporary path from that value, and deletes the resulting path after upload. A valid bearer token and configured official-account entry are required, and deletion is limited to files deletable by the application process.
