Password recovery via unsalted deterministic SHA3 hashes

Weak password hashing in Manifest before 4.9.2 allows attackers with database access to recover user passwords through offline cracking. The signup path stores SHA3(password) directly without a unique salt, so equal passwords produce identical hashes suitable for precomputed attacks. Database read access is required; successful cracking exposes credentials and enables account compromise without directly interrupting service.
