OS command injection in Siemens SCALANCE LPE9403 before 4.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. The SNMPv3 user-creation path passes unsanitized user input to the net-snmp-create-v3-user command, enabling injected OS commands. Administrator-level access is required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled code on the device.
