Session theft via crafted Project Release HTML
Published Jan 22, 2026 · Updated Jan 22, 2026
Stored XSS in Project Release in Altium On-Prem Enterprise Server 7.0.3 through 7.0.5 allows remote authenticated users to steal session IDs. Project Release accepts crafted HTML content and renders it without neutralizing executable JavaScript in another user's browser. A victim must view the malicious project release; the script then runs in that browser context and can disclose the victim's session ID.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
