Unauthenticated database access via unsanitized sertitle

SQL injection in Projectworlds Old Age Home Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access and alter database data. The /admin/add-services.php handler inserts the POST sertitle value directly into a SQL query without validation or parameter binding. No authentication is required; crafted values can read, modify, or delete database records and interrupt service.
