Authenticated command execution via getDualbandSync request
Published Mar 25, 2025 · Updated Apr 11, 2025
Command injection in H3C Magic router firmware V100R014 allows remote authenticated users on an adjacent network to execute commands. The /api/wizard/getDualbandSync HTTP POST handler fails to neutralize attacker-controlled command syntax; the request parameter and backend function remain undisclosed. Low-privilege access to the router management plane is required, and successful exploitation compromises router data, configuration, and availability.
