Firewall bypass via unvalidated port forwarding

Improper input validation in GE Vernova UR IED devices 7.0 through 8.60 allows attackers to bypass firewall rules through port forwarding. The port-forwarding configuration accepts an unvalidated destination IP address and port, then establishes a TCP connection to that destination. Adjacent-network access requires no authentication or user interaction and enables traffic relaying into otherwise restricted network segments.
