Arbitrary SQL execution via unescaped hostname

SQL injection in affected Zabbix Server releases allows remote authenticated users with administrator access to execute arbitrary SQL. The op_host_del function inserts the stored host name directly into a DELETE statement for autoreg_host without escaping it. Exploitation requires Zabbix administrator privileges, control of a host that is later auto-removed, and an enabled host-removal autoregistration action; successful injection grants database effects permitted by the server account.
