CVE-2025-27213Network attack vector

Authenticated system modification via unauthorized ADB activation

Published Aug 21, 2025 · Updated Aug 21, 2025

Incorrect authorization in Ubiquiti UniFi Connect device firmware allows remote authenticated users to enable ADB and modify the system. The affected API accepts a high-privilege request to activate Android Debug Bridge without enforcing authorization for that function. High-privilege API access is required; the resulting ADB access permits unsupported system changes, with published impact limited to integrity.
