Untrusted search path handling in Adobe Illustrator 29.2.1, 28.7.4 and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary code. Illustrator resolves a trusted program or other critical resource through a search path that an attacker can redirect to attacker-controlled content, which the application then loads or executes. Exploitation requires user interaction and local path manipulation, and code runs in the targeted Illustrator user's security context.
