Arbitrary SQL execution via unparameterized exam type

SQL injection in WeGIA before 3.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL through the tipo_exame POST parameter. The adicionar_tipo_exame.php endpoint concatenates that value into an INSERT statement and submits the resulting string through PDO without parameterization. Access to the protected pet-management action is required; successful injection can read or alter database data and interrupt service through destructive queries.
