Unrestricted project upload in Siemens TIA Portal and TIA Project-Server allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service. The application accepts a malicious project in the document root and improperly handles its dangerous file type during processing. Contributor privileges are required, and the documented consequence is denial of service without reported data disclosure or modification.
