Administrator phishing via unsanitized signup names

HTML injection in Agate 3.2.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to place deceptive links in administrator signup emails. The unauthenticated /ws/users/_join endpoint accepts HTML in firstname and lastname fields and renders those values into trusted service email. An administrator must open the notification and follow the injected link; the demonstrated consequence is credential phishing.
