Authenticated server crash via truncated multipart part count

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Treeverse lakeFS before 1.50.0 allows remote authenticated users to crash the server via multipart uploads. CreatePresignMultipartUpload casts the attacker-controlled part count to int32 before comparing it with MaxUploadParts, allowing oversized positive values to bypass the limit and drive excessive allocation of presigned URLs. Exploitation requires valid lakeFS credentials and an S3 backend with presigned multipart uploads enabled; the bounded consequence is server memory exhaustion followed by a crash.
