Teamserver IP disclosure via unapproved reverse tunnel

SSRF in Bishop Fox Sliver 1.5.26 through 1.5.42 allows remote attackers to expose the teamserver's IP address through a reverse tunnel. createReverseTunnelHandler dialed the host and port supplied in implant TunnelData without confirming that an operator had initiated that reverse forward. Exploitation requires mTLS keys for mTLS listeners or a valid nonce for HTTP listeners, and the demonstrated consequence is IP-address disclosure.
