Local memory corruption via arbitrary-address camera IOCTL

Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon camera components allows local users to corrupt memory through a crafted IOCTL command. The camera IOCTL handler processes an attacker-supplied arbitrary address without adequate bounds validation, producing an out-of-bounds read. A local user able to issue the affected IOCTL reaches the corruption; Qualcomm has not published a more specific post-corruption consequence.
