Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon diagHal allows local users with low privileges to disclose memory while registering diag commands. The diagHal command-registration path reads beyond a client-supplied buffer while registering commands with the diag service. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and no user interaction; it exposes memory and can cause a limited service interruption.
