Memory corruption via oversized packet copy

A buffer overflow in Qualcomm Snapdragon Computer Vision allows local users to corrupt memory by processing an exceedingly large packet. The proprietary Computer Vision packet-processing path copies packet data without checking that the destination buffer is large enough; Qualcomm has not disclosed the function or buffer involved. Low-privileged local access is required, and successful corruption can expose or alter protected data or interrupt the affected device.
