Unauthenticated arbitrary file upload via unchecked File argument

Unrestricted file upload in Digiwin ERP 5.1 allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files through the FileUploadApi endpoint. The DoUpload and DoWebUpload functions in /Api/FileUploadApi.ashx accept the File argument without restricting dangerous file types. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation permits attacker-controlled content to be stored by the server.
