Memory corruption in Qualcomm Snapdragon camera platform drivers allows local users to compromise device confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The driver dereferences an untrusted pointer while handling a camera-platform IOCTL, corrupting memory; Qualcomm has not disclosed the affected function. A low-privileged local account can reach the flaw without user interaction, and successful exploitation can read or alter protected data or crash the device.
