Transient service interruption via tone response over-read

Buffer over-read in the WLAN HAL in Qualcomm Snapdragon allows remote attackers to interrupt service via a malformed tone measurement response. While processing that response, the HAL reads beyond valid response-buffer bounds instead of rejecting the out-of-range condition. The path is network-reachable without privileges or user interaction, and the resulting denial of service is transient rather than persistent.
