Stored script execution via unsanitized image onload

Cross-site scripting in the ContentTools Image Handler 1.6.16 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script via crafted content. The handler preserves an attacker-controlled onload attribute on an image element when edited content is saved, causing the browser to interpret the attribute value as JavaScript. Low-privileged content-editing access and a separate user opening the saved content are required; execution occurs in that viewer's browser context.
