Reflected script execution via unescaped request input
Published Feb 25, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Reflected XSS in accessiBe Web Accessibility by accessiBe 2.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts via crafted requests. The plugin reflects attacker-controlled request input into generated HTML without sufficient sanitization or output escaping; public sources do not identify the parameter or rendering function. Exploitation requires a privileged user to follow a malicious link or visit a crafted page, causing the script to run in that user's browser context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
