Contributor-level DOM XSS via unescaped shortcode label

DOM-based XSS in Ren Ventura WP Delete User Accounts 1.2.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts via a shortcode label. The shortcode renderer outputs its user-controlled label without HTML escaping, allowing markup to reach the browser DOM. Contributor-level access and interaction by another user are required; injected JavaScript runs in that visitor's browser context.
