Authenticated script execution via insufficient output escaping
Published Feb 25, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
DOM-based cross-site scripting in Baden List Related Attachments 2.1.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts. The CNA labels the issue DOM-based, while WPScan identifies insufficient input sanitization and output escaping but names no affected parameter, function, or DOM operation. Contributor-level access is required to inject the payload, and execution occurs when another user visits the affected page, exposing that browser session to attacker-controlled script.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
