CVE-2025-2688Public exploit

Unauthenticated syslog disclosure via unprotected export handler

Published Mar 24, 2025 · Updated Mar 24, 2025

Improper access control in TOTOLINK A3000RU 5.9c.5185 and earlier allows remote attackers to read system logs from the local network. The /cgi-bin/ExportSyslog.sh handler exports the router's syslog without enforcing the authentication required by the normal System Log interface. The attacker must have adjacent-network access; the documented consequence is log disclosure without integrity or availability impact.
