Improper authentication-attempt restriction in PingFederate 11.3.0 through 12.3.2 allows remote authenticated users to attempt brute-force logins. In redirectless mode, the HTML Form Adapter unexpectedly renders an authentication form and accepts credential submissions; Ping Identity has not disclosed a deeper code-level locus. Exposure requires low-privileged access, passive user interaction, and non-default redirectless mode in 11.3.0 through 11.3.13, 12.0.0 through 12.0.9, 12.1.0 through 12.1.8, 12.2.0 through 12.2.5, or 12.3.0 through 12.3.2.
