Arbitrary code execution via insecure DLL loading

Uncontrolled DLL search in RSUPPORT RemoteCall before 5.1.0 allows local users to execute arbitrary code when an operator starts the program. The operator program loads a crafted DLL placed beside its executable because the DLL search path is not constrained to trusted locations. Exploitation requires write access to that folder and user interaction that starts the program, after which the DLL runs in the operator's context.
