Local code execution via unsafe DLL search
Published Oct 15, 2025 · Updated Oct 15, 2025
Uncontrolled DLL search in RSUPPORT RemoteView PC Application Console before 6.0.2 allows local users to execute arbitrary code. The console searches its own folder for a required DLL and loads an attacker-placed library without restricting the lookup to a trusted path. Exploitation requires a crafted DLL in the product folder and the console to load it, causing code to run with the console user's privileges.
