Baseband service interruption via unchecked NAS length
Published May 14, 2025 · Updated May 27, 2025
Out-of-bounds write in Samsung Exynos NAS handling allows remote attackers to interrupt affected mobile and modem service. The NAS implementation writes beyond its intended buffer because it accepts an input length without checking it against the destination size. Unauthenticated network reachability is sufficient; published metrics limit impact to availability and do not report data disclosure or modification.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
