Denial of service via unchecked PDCP length

Improper input validation in L2 on Samsung Exynos 2400 and Modem 5400 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via malformed PDCP packets. The L2 PDCP packet path processes a malformed packet without first validating its length. No authentication or user interaction is required, and Samsung has not disclosed whether the interruption is a hang, crash, or modem reset.
