CVE-2025-26758Network attack vector

Unauthenticated data exposure via local error log

Published Feb 17, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026

Sensitive data exposure in RebelCode Spotlight Social Media Feeds 1.7.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to read background-task errors. The plugin writes those errors to a locally stored log that unauthenticated requests can retrieve instead of confining them to WordPress debugging. No account is required, and disclosure is limited to information recorded when feed updates or other background tasks fail.
