Root access via default OVA service credentials

Use of a default password in Percona Monitoring and Management OVA 2.38.0 through 2.44.0 and 3.0.0 allows remote attackers to gain SSH access. OVA provisioning leaves the vagrant service account enabled with published default credentials and sudo capability sufficient to become root. The issue requires network reachability to SSH on an OVA deployment; containers, AMIs, and Kubernetes deployments are unaffected, while successful access exposes system and connected-service credentials.
